Did you clean the filter on the water tank. It's generally a red screen type device. Additionally, there is a filter under the Flow Indicator, unscrew the cap, lift out the propeller, lift the filter screen and clean it. Reassemble in reverse order. I have one and watched a video on youtube that shows the red washer in the improper place under water tank. It shoed in unit base. He removed with screwdriver and placed back on nipple on the water tank and it worked.
