I have just posted this problem on here myself but have also just found the solution after searching the internet so here it is..........

Hold down the top left hand button which is for the light and then a menu should come up saying 'LIGHT' & the option for on or off, ignore this & press the bottom left button, the next option is for the 'CHIME' & on or off, press bottom left button again & the option for 'TIME' comes up. Use the buttons on the right to alter the time until it is correct and then press the bottom left button again for the date and select the correct month and day and year and then you are all set up! Hurray, a watch that tells the time, im chuffed!

Jewelers in a shopping mall often replace batteries cheaply, if there is one open near you.

There are also mail in services to replace watch batteries that can be identified using an internet search such as https://www.google.com

If you have the ability to open the watch without breaking it, you should be able to remove the battery and identify it yourself, and can buy it in a store or online.
