The city zone inner ring indicates the time zone difference between each city. The big hand is pointing to a 24-hour clock. To change the
Dual Time hand to display the time 8 hours ahead, pull the crown out to the first position, turn the crown counterclockwise to indicate an 8 hour shift & return the crown to the seated position. The Dual Time hand should swing to point to the current time, plus eight hours, and will continue to display that eight hour shift until your change it again.

Some Tommy Bahama gents
models are fitted with screw
down crowns. For more information
on screw down crowns, please see

TO SET THE TIME
1. Pull out the crown to the second click position – 2.
2. Rotate the crown clockwise or counterclockwise to
the correct time.
TO SET THE DATE
1. Pull out the crown to the first click position – 1.
2. Rotate the crown clockwise to the correct date.
TO SET THE 24 HOUR INDICATOR / DUAL TIME
1. Pull out the crown to the first click position – 1.
2. Rotate the crown counterclockwise to adjust the
24 hour indicator.
3. Push crown back to position – 0.
Dual time hand will now synchronize with your
hour hand.
Example: If you are traveling from New York to
London, set the dual time hand 5 hours
ahead of New York time for London time.
Refer to the city zone inner ring to find
time zone difference between each city.
After any of these operations, be sure to reset the crown to
the 0 position.

No manual, just this. You can however just search by the number of buttons, 2 , 4 or 4. They are all the same. Google 4 button chronograph watch manual
