Hi, If it did go out before the element was replaced, it's reasonable to assume that whoever change it has not properly reassembled it. If an engineer did it, call them back to do it properly this time. If you did it, take it apart again & see if you've failed to reconnect something or accidentally disconnected something else whilst you were working on the element.? Best of luck.
