You will need to upgrade the software to version 5.29c which is the latest one. You will need s special cable to do this or contact your local Parrot accredited engineer who will have the cable.

It sounds like your Microphone is not making connection (if it is a head set), or it is muted. Check your phone and accessory to make sure that they are compatible.
