control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick or select audio from the microphone drop down list make sure you have the right one selected and in the volume box make sure the microphone box has a tick in it or select the voice tab and make sure that you have the right media selected also select volume make sure the box for microphone has a tick in it hope this helps

I cant seem to find any support for it either. But just check your jacks to make sure all is plugged in.

Next, go to:
Control Panel > Sound

Go to the Playback Tab and right-click on the jack that you are using the speakers for. Choose Set as Default and then check the volume levels. You can try restarting and hopefully it will work.

If not, try updating Windows from: Programs > Windows Update. Then restart your computer again. Beyond that it could be many things.

format ur c drive and reinstall ur audio drive

1. Power Off: Turn off the device.
2. Jumper Configuration: Locate the jumper labeled "S16" on the device. Initially, it should be connected to pins 2 and 3.
3. Power On (Alarm+All LEDs Flashing): Turn the device back on. You'll see the alarm LED and all other LEDs flashing.
4. Power Off Again: Turn off the device once more.
5. Jumper Adjustment: Change the jumper configuration from pins 2 and 3 to pins 1 and 2.
6. Finished: Your Porpo YH-2000 is now set to the desired angular unit mode.

If you encounter any issues, you can press the reset switch on the back of the device to reinitialize it.
