Hi Fazi1814,

If you're issue is that the dvd drive could not read the cd at all then you might want to try deleting upper and lower filters from registry editor. This files from windows sometimes cause an issue to your drive/
Here are the steps on how to locate and delete them:

1. Open Registry Editor - go to Start then type regedit on start search box then enter
If you get any notification just click continue
2. Once window is open, Look for the following subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10
To verify that you are in the appropriate registry subkey, make sure that the Default data value is DVD/CD-ROM and the Class data value is CDROM.
3. On the right pane, select upper and lower filter, right click then delete.
4. Click Yes when prompted
5. Exit registry editor and restart the computer

If your issue is that the drive reads the disk but it does not play the movie. This could be an issue with the movie format. Not all movie format can be played by the windows media player. In this case you need to have either of the following: (but I suggest you get both)

1. K-Lite Codec Pack 7.10 (Full) (to be able to read almost all types of movie and music format)
2. VLC Media Player 1.1.8 (can read any kind of format without installing any codec but still recommended to have codecs installed)

You can try downloading this two software from www.filehippo.com.

Hope this works!

Thank you for using Fixya,

Drawer won't open

There is a mechanical way of opening it. Straighten out a paper clip, find a very small hole on the face plate of the drawer slide. Insert the straighten paper clip end into the hole and push gently. this will push the unlatch triger and release the tray.

I want to know about some adventures video games?

Check out Big Fish Games. It is a subscription service but they have all types of games including adventure and hidden object. You can also tryp Pogo since they have both a fee and subscription service. Last, but not least, you can try one of your local computer stores or the electronics section of "big box" stores like Target, Walmart, Kmart, etc.
