Navionics Gold charts will not display on a Lowrance Endura

i have lost my maps on the gold card Australia e&n i have not taken the card out of my lowrance gps sounder lms 339c since new some three & a half years can they be restored i have had no luck trying to contact navionics australia

Navionics gold sd card

Make sure that you go into MAP data and select this chart as the map info. You might just be using the internal base map right now.

Just purchased a boat and it has 2 northstar 6100i units(8" and 12"). I was able to find out 12" is running 6.71 software? And 8" is running 7.21? I have 1 navionics platinum+ 904 16g. Card. My issue is the following: Regardless of which unit I put the card in and regardless of which region within the card I use, when I zoom in closer than approx 1 Mile I get a "NO CHART" background. I lose depth contours, land, bouys,etc. I still maintain vessel,heading, waypoints and track. I read the manual and Appearantly this is normal if you try to zoom in past the charts capabilities? But how is closer than 1 mile beyond the 904p+ charts capabilities? Everything on theunit seems to work fine radar, info, buttons (I don't have sonaron it). I'm tempted to throw in a 904G 128mb card and see if this gives me more detail. The reason I would try this is because I'm thinking maybe the 904p+ 16gb has too much info on it and when I zoom in it screws things up? I don't need or want 3D, overlay etc. I just want to be able to see my boat and depth contours without feeling like I'm looking at it from out of space. Anyone had/have this issue?
