My few week old bamboo
When was it last working?
Well first, try restarting the Bamboo program or restarting your system. It has more than one program that runs at the same time. For example, one program may be the one to control the movements and another may be there to help manage your bamboo device.
Second, installing the bamboo drivers and software may help. Registry can be edited, but that can lead to more issues.
Goodluck! :)

Cursor restricted to top left area using graphics tablet
It's the windows 7 tablet feature that causes the problem. To solve it you have to disable it. Go to start -> search write "services.msc" (without the strokes) and hit enter. Now search for "Tablet PC Input Service" double click on it and when a little window pops up set Disabled under startup type list box. Now if you want to see effect immediately there is a button Stop, click on it, and wait until service is stopped. When done close both windows. This way you don't have to even restart your pc.

A constant click.
I saw another solution to this on another one. It suggests you take the pen nib out, wash it and leave it out of the pen for 24 hours.

Wacom Tablet Easiteach software issue
Skipping usually implies a memory shortage and not necessarily a driver issue. The computer has to stop and start due to the memory filling up and having to transfer the data to the hard drive before loading more data. If you are sure that the drivers are correct it's probably a memory issue. You may be able to help by setting some programs that run in the background and use memory space not to load on start-up thereby freeing up memory for other programs like this particular piece of equipment.

Wacom mouse KC-100-00
I would uninstall the drivers, reboot, and let your OS install the mouse. Then try to re-install the new drivers that were released by Wacom yesterday available at the link I provided. (You probably got them there, I don't know)
If it goes 'wonky' again, uninstall the new drivers and use the older ones provided on the website or just let you OS install if it will.
