Hello, recently my partner aquired two heatpal 2 .0 heaters from bestdealtoday. They did not work properly, the fan that is inside was not working. Since the seller did not react on a refund, I decided to have a look inside. It became clear why the build in fan was not working. The wires which go to this 12v fan need to be reversed for it to work. Now we got two working heatpals, although it doesn' t have as much power( 500W) it does heat the room. Greetings, Thomas
