To view the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information in the Owner's Manual.
You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents.
You can download this free at
WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.
Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there.
See page 5 of the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot the lack of sound from the speakers.
Basically you need to check that the volume is turned up, that a proper source is selected and that the source is properly docked.
If the battery is fully charged and the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual do not work, then it may be a hardware fault like a loose wire or bad component inside the unit which requires some disasssembly to repair.
Obviously return it for a refund or no cost repair if the warranty is still valid before attempting any internal repairs yourself.
Please comment back here to this page if you have any questions, have difficulty accessing the link, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.
If this was at all helpful please click on the 4 Thumbs Up helpfulness rating icon you see on this page.
Thank you very much and good luck.
Joe.
