Please provide the faucet model number and possibly more detail e.g. removed handle but can't extract cartridge.

FYI, visit Eurostream http://www.eurostream.ca/tech_specs.asp and you can enter the model number for your faucet. There are installation guides, illustrations, part lists, etc.

Likely there's a set screw behind the plug (index? part 1). Remove the set screw then raise the faucet handle and likely it will come off exposing the cartridge underneath. Not sure what holds the cartridge in place. If you can upload a close up picture of the faucet, I might be able to help you through the replacement.

Screw off end at gooseneck (aerator). Inside aerator are two pieces. 1st= flow restrictor, 2nd= strainer. Remove the O ring too free up the two piece. Remove the first piece (that's the one you will be looking at the screwed off end) the other piece form the water to flow in a straight stream.

this could be something as simple as debris n your aerator

To see if this is the problem remove the silver collar(nut) at the end of your faucet spout by turning counterclockwis (plug the drain holes so nothing oges down the drain) If it is hard to turn put a soft cloth around it and grip with chanel lock pliars or vice grip be areful not to clamp too hard

once you remove the aerator you will see a plastic type of gear and a screen carefully remove thes and rinse with water (look for grains of sand or any obstructions)

before you re install the aerator turn the water on full blast and alternate from cold to hot then together

if this does not work you will need to se if the problem is in the mixing valve which requires removing the cartridge to remove the cartridge:

turn water off under sink(hot and cold)
look for an erasure side cap or cover located at the base of the fauet handle and remove with a sharp screwdriver

take a hex rench (you may need a fashlight) and remove the hex screw then take the handle off
take a channellok wrench and turn the cap nut (large washer type of nut) this will allow you to remove the cartridge
Remove the cartridge and inspet for debris
go under sink and trn water on slowly to flush any debris then turn water off
reinstall cartridge( it is usually keyed )
be sure to snug the nut down but not extremely tight

Reinstall handle and check faucet before you put the set screw in .

This should stop the pulsating if not replae the cartridge

GOOD LUCK!

Before you reinstall the

Most "Frost Free" faucest are very long. The whole thing will unscrew from the 1/2' NPT fitting deep in the wall. But you shouldn't have to do that. You should be able to pull the whole long stem from the tube.

Likely needs both cartridges replaced. Appears to be a F8FA0000BNV but you will need to verify. See parts list at link...

Unless you mean the spray head is slow to turn off, then replace the spray head.
