If that doest not work then ask the technical assistant to generate a new one.

But for this you require a authentic product key to be supplied to the technical assistant.

you need to reinstall your windows. Sometimes, your computer will have a recovery, run recovery and it will go to default windows which will solve the problem. Windows vista is known for this kind of issues. You are better off if you go with windows 7 instead.

Holding down CTRL and pressing C will copy and CTRL V will paste sometimes the right mouse button will not work in certain software or during certain times in programs. CTRL X is the cut feature as well.

the quick soultion is to use a different browser like firefox or google chrome. to get them goto http://www.ninite.com and select the browser that you would like installed and click install. I find it always good to have at least 2 browsers just in case of problems. good luck.

Not enough info. What type of movie? An .avi? .mpg? .mp4? What player are you using? Windows media player? There is no way to know what your problem is when you don't tell us what program you are talking about...

If you don't have any data to save or have already backed up, visit a local computer shop (not a Futureshop or other big box store) and ask them to burn you a copy. It won't be free but should be $20 or less. You need to have the install key, which should be stuck to your computer somewhere. I'd suggest having a tech look at it or buy a refurb with Windows 7 on it and move your data. You probably have deeper issues with the unit than just Windows being borked.

Perform a windows back up and back your computer up to the date you first started having problems, or perform a factory reset. Search google on how to perform a factory reset on your specific computer.
