Go to Control Panel,, Click Install New Hardware,, it will search for anything NEW, then ask you if you want it to automatically install the Drivers ! Click YES !

Double check that none of your printer's jets is blocked (test page!) and convince Print Shop and your printer's settings that your process colors are the ones in the printer, e.g. RGB or CMYK versus CKMY, 7-color, etc.

I would try installing another pdf printer, like the free PDFCreator. That way you could just choose a different printer from your Broderbund software, and print the same file to PDF.

To make changes in the paper sizes , you have go to the "Printer Properties" to do that.
Go to "Printers & Faxes" -> Select the printer you are using, right-click and click properties to open the printer properties dialog box to make your paper sizes click OK.

Did print shop 3 work properly in win 7? If so you should never have updated. See all the grief it has caused you? Go back and install the 3.0 version and leave well enough alone Or maybe that program is not compatible at all with your OS.I have mo bo's that will not load XP but will work fine with anything prior to that. Computers are unpredictable and down right ornery at times but we need them so have to play by their rules.
