Can't get Yamaha motif to work with new M-AUDIO
Go to your computers control panel find your devices section locate your settings for your synth in/out to see if there active or not. consider to go tothe M-Audio website to chec for recent downloads for ti. You may need to upgrade your windows?
All line/mic inputs work except for condensers,
Most probable cause is an overheated or burnt out capacitors on the system board. As long as software and drivers are up to date. You can test any electrical componenet with an ohmmeter. Test resistos or capacitors from the bottom of the control board. If you have a very ow or no reading, that is the bad capacitor. They have numbers on them for replacement. You can get one at shopjimmy.com
My M-audio FireWire 410 doesn't work
