It will depend on if you have a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows 7. If you're unsure, you can check by clicking on the start menu, then right-click computer and select properties. This will open a window with system information including 32/64bit version.
Then go to
http://www.logitech.com/en-us/435/352 and select Downloads, then windows 7, your bit version, and click download software.
Please leave feedback if this was helpful. Thanks!

I can see them, but they can't see me. What
Hello!
You didn't really give me enough details, but I will try to help you anyway:
- It might be you need to refresh your camera.
- I don't know if you used Skype, msn or yahoo, but in either case you need to check if the program is recognizing your camera: tools/options>settings>video setup and see if there is your camera; choose your device and click ok.
-
Sometimes in Skype conversation you need to refresh your camera by clicking on the camera icon two times, or end call unplug and plug in again the camera.
- The problem can also be caused by slow connection on the other side: their slow connection cannot load the video.
Please, try calling somebody else to see if your camera works with them, and then let me know all the details so I could give you further instructions.
Regards!
