Car audio amp (?) issue
To me, it sounds like your "Output Devices" in the MAIN Amp have gone faulty. BUT check the OUTPUT directly at the Head Unit & then the Amp's terminals to make sure.. if ya dont have any signal comming out of the "Head Unit" than thats ya fault.. however if that has a good signal out, there, then it's gotta be ya Main Amp. Ya can check to se if there is output with a small speaker with wires on it, or my favorite an modified earphone, with the wires ends exposed so ya can "Touch" them to the Output terminals/Plugs etc, of whatever ya wanna test. NB: Only test at a low level output.
No power
Check the unit for any Fuses, Fusable Links etc, if they are OK proceede on to testing, I often troubleshoot these issues via a stereo head set, modify the leads so you can "Touch" them onto the Speakers Output Terminals, connect the "Shields" together, thats "Earth" and the other Two, are Left & Right... with a Sinal feed in & the Amp's volume turned to about 25% volume, connect up the Earth wires to the Chassis with a clip, under a srew etc, just make good contact... then touch the Left & right wires onto the output, ya should hear sound... if not most probably the Output device(s) may have gone faulty.

No sound from wireless headphones in a toyota sienna
First thing to do is check to make sure that the batteries are properly charged.
Second, make sure that you have a clear line-of-site to the IR transmitter. Infrared (IR) works the same way that your TVs remote control works - if the signal is blocked, then you will not hear any sound.
Third, make sure that you are in the rear seat of the vehicle when listening to the sound. The IR transmitter only transmits to the rear seat, so you will not hear any sound if you are sitting in the front seats. This is a common problem that i see.
Lastly, make sure that the heapdhones you purchased are compatible with your 2006 2007 2008 2009 or 2010 Toyota Sienna. Remember that some older models require RF headphones, not IR headphones. I checked http://www.audiovideo2go.com for compatibility before I purchased my headphones. They have a useful listing of all the headphones and models of vehicles they are compatible with.
