I would go to their support site and see if there are any options for replacement under warranty. Or maybe there is a customer loyalty program you may qualify for. There is also a chat session.
as for the device / it sounds like either a you may need a new charging station or b you need a new battery in the device that is charging. However in the world of mens grooming it is easier sometimes to replace instead of repair. but at least you can contact them to see how far you can get.

How do you take apart the arcitec heads for
You do not need to buy new heads! You can still clean them. Simply use a stiff brush or toothbrush to brush away the large debris and then use an air compressor to blow away the remaining debris. Hold the air compressor air jet at an angle to the heads and they will spin very fast and the debris will fly off. Then rinse and apply a lubricant.
Red light at bottom flashes even when razor ids
When the battery is almost empty (when there are only 5 or fewer shaving minutes left), the battery symbol lights up red.
Make sure that the battery does not have a memory effect. What I suggest is taking the shaving head unit off and running the shaver till empty, then recharging. Check if the red light is still flashing.
There's also a head indicator at the bottom of some shavers.
To remind you to replace the shaving unit, the shaving unit symbol flashes (all types) and you hear a beep when you switch off the shaver (RQ1090 only). This happens at the end of 7 successive shaves to remind you to replace the shaving unit.
Without knowing what model you have it's difficult to diagnose further.
