1. Take out memory stick
2. Plug in usb cable and start usb connection
3. Insert memory stick and now you should be good.

For some reason you might have to repeat these 3 steps everytime you want to add or delete file onto your memory stick.

There is a little grey button on the side of the stick. Push it up or down.

Place PBP files in the GAME folder and ISO/CSO games in the ISO folder of the Memory Stick root. You might have to make this folder yourself.

Try formatting the Memory Stick. If it doesn't work, there is probably something wrong with either your psp or the Memory Stick.

If you put the memory stick back into the camera can you see them thru the camera menu? If so your computer's SD card port may be having issues. try using the card in another computer or use the cameras USB cable to transfer the pictures from the camera to the computer if it has one. Do other memory sticks work in the computer ok? If you cannot see them in the camera either then the pictures will be corrupted and probably cannot be recovered. Then the card will need to be formatted to erase any errors on the card. Always use the camera to format a card whenever possible...Hope that helps.

maybe u have used the max space of ur memstick.. or if its new and it really wont save any games, try if u can reformat it .. that is if u havent used it..

You need to fix ur memory stick reader.

your memory card is curropted replace with a new one

Are you formatting it with your computer or PSP?

1. Push the little HOME button on the bottom left of the face of the unit.
2. Use the arrow keys to move to the SETTINGS area, then move the up and down keys until you get to System Settings.
3. Once you are there, click on the "X" button and scroll up and down as needed to find Format Memory Stick. Click on "X" again to select that option.
4. The Sony PSP will now confirm that you want to reformat the memory stick (which removes every file and game save thereon, of course): choose yes and it'll format in just a few seconds.

It that doesn't work - try formatting it with your computer.

it means it is containing some virus...try to format it with some other system..but it is a frequent problem...try to delete the files while in the phone and format using the computer...its better to claim warranty if it has....

one thing u should learn is that u shouldnt cancel an ongoing process so as not to corrupt ur registry. formatting it should ease the problem

it is infect by virus, scan it with updated cleaner and format it.

Its doin that cos some problem in the memory stick format it using card reader and then try(alwys ackup imp files before formatting)

Sounds like the memory stick is damaged, if you cant read it in a reader or the camera there is not much hope try a new memory stick to see if the problem reoccurs on the new one, if so then the camera itself is damaging the stick when it writes the file
