Insignia Bluetooth Wireless Behind-the-Head Headphones - Black Questions & Answers
Won't charge or turn on.
I wrote to Insignia and they recommended the following procedure, which worked for me:
1- Plug the charger into a power outlet
2- Press the Volume Up and Volume
Down buttons at the same time for resetting the device.
My earphones are working well now.
Regards,
Celso

How do I pair insignia bluetooth headphone with
The Insignia headphones must be set to "pair".
With the headphones off, press and hold the power button on the headphones until the logo starts blinking red/blue. You are now in "pair mode". Have your Touch look for bluetooth devices and it should see it now.
Hope this helps!

I just bought a set on ebay but there was no
I have this pair of head phones and I've connected them to my computer
which uses vista. What I did was connect them to the computer through
pairing. If you get a message asking for a pin, you just type 0000 for
the code and you should get it installed just fine.
After this
is done, you go to the microphone symbol in the bottom left toolbar and
right click, and go to playback devices. From here you should should
see a symbol that says "Speakers" and right underneath it should say
"Bluetooth Audio device". Click this one, set to default and click ok.
The sound from the computer should go to the headphones at this point.
As for getting the built-in microphone to work with the computer, I'm still working on that issue myself

I need to get sound incoming with headset how do i do this?
Specifying if this was Windows XP or Windows Vista would make a difference in the fixing of this problem, I am going to explain for Windows Vista hoping that you are up-to-date on the most recent operating system.
Step 1: Locate your task pane in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Playback options (I believe)
Step 3: Under "Playback" select your headphones from the list.
Step 4: Right click it and click "Set as default device"
Wallah, it should send the sound to your headphones now rather than the PC's output device, please note, once your not using the headphones anymore you must set the default device back to the normal speakers or you will have no spound.

Microphone doesn't work
For some reason, these types of headphones don't like to work in both A2DP Stereo headphone mode and headset profile. I know that every computer I've dealt with thus far sees both profiles as two separate devices, and since the mic is tied to the headset profile, the mono audio comes with it. Simply put, I'm not sure that there's a way to use both on a computer. I'm also pretty sure that most phones toggle between profiles when applicable. Best I can guess is that the problem is hardware related, not software.

Bluetooth headset won't connect in Vista
I had a similar problem. First part of the solution is to disable the headset profile for the headphones. These headphones can't handle both headset and headphone profiles at the same time. Second part of the solution is to make sure that your headphones are on when you activate bluetooth on the computer. For some reason, Vista doesn't like setting up the initial connection on-the-go, so it will just act like its connected and move on. Hope this helps!
