Sounds like you have a plugged line somewhere or dirty filter screen. Does the pressure stay the same? If it slowly goes down, then you have a leak somewhere.
I do not have a manual for this machine, but I will try and search for a service manual. But I do believe you have a plugged water pickup line or plugged water jet/spout

sounds like you need to remove the coffee oils from the Brew Head Screen and filter basket which a decalcifier and vinegar will not touch.
Starbucks cleans theirs every night.
