I don't know. You haven't told us the settings on your software and the format of the video file or the hardware your are using it on. Or, even how much faster it is playing.

Close IDVDR and then open it again this time choose go directly to advance mode. On step number 1 click the full down arrow and choose and click Dazzle DVC 100. Go back to step number 4 and the you will now allowing to enter the valid total recording time.

You don't say where you are trying to save it to. Try saving it to the default location on you desktop hard drive and then transfer it to your phone.

It is just because your dazzle is not detected by your computer. Here connect the dazzle at the back of your computer (if you used desktop) any other usb port (if you used laptop) Click on Start>Control panel>system>hardware>device manager>sound and video games controller> right click on video capture device and uninstall it. Restart your computer.
If ever that your computer has Vista 64 bit you need to download and install the driver. Here is the link.

I have something that can help you with, please checked if this is the same settings.

If you follow any of the videos, it won’t work!

Step 1: Install the Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator Platinum software and make sure it works with the Dazzle DVC 100.

Step 2: Buy 3 RCA type Y cables. One male end, 2 female ends.

Step 3: Plug the male ends of the RCA y-connectors to the Dazzle DVC 100.

Step 4: Plug the Yellow, Red and White RCA connectors from the XBox 360 to the color matched female RCA y-connectors on the Dazzle DVC 100.

Step 5: Plug a second triple RCA connector into the other end of the color matched RCA Y Connectors.

Step 6: Plug the other end of the triple RCA connector into the TV.

Step 7: The tricky part no one ever mentions: On the XBox 360 video cable, there is a switch that switches from HDTV to TV. You must switch this to TV!

Rip from the cd to your computer using media player and then add from your music rip location using Dazzle.

The reason why it is now showing because your computer did not detect it. If your Windows operating system is vista 64 bit then go ahead and download the driver in here. www.pinnaclesys.com then click on support, download/Studio and dazzle hardware for vista.
