Duracell AA/AAA NiMH Battery Charger with 4 Rechargeable AA Batteries Questions & Answers
Fuji battery charger BC-45 -
Ok all mine had the same problem however problem has been solved! The power cord that plugs into the charger is a common cord you may have laying around the house. I switched the power cord to my charger and the dreaded blinking stopped! Its just a bad power cord to the charging unit! Hope this helps!
The light won't come on to charge the batteries
If you had that much of a problem then you may be dealing with damaged parts from the overload and even damaged ciruitboards from the acid. Yes you could possibly fix it but you are talking about a few hours of
playing around and you need the proper equipment ie meters, a scope, and
a soldering station. Some of these are simple inside but the better ones can be quite
complicated if they monitor things during the charge cycle.
These are not that expensive. Find a sale and replace it. Think of it this way if you paid yourself minimum wage for a couple of hours is that close to what a new one costs?
HI I PROBABLY THREW OUT THE INSTRUCTIONS. SO HOW
gripfitter is incorrect, that charger is made to charge in 15 minutes. It has a cooling fan and when batteries are inserted a red light comes on and the fan starts. When light goes out and fan stops, the batteries are charged. (light should not blink as that indicates one or more of the batteries has a problem)
Red light is flashing off and on
Please refer to your charger user manual: but in general, this indicates that the charger has determined that one or more of your rechargeable is faulty (despite the fact that it may still hold a partial charge).
Smart charger can measure the expected voltage and current flow and will prevent any 'faulty' cells to be charged (those 'faulty' rechargeable batteries may actually still be useful and charged on other less intelligent charger). Try charging them individually (if your charger can handle individual battery) or in different pair combination to locate flaw cell.
Hope it helps.
