Wow, Windows Millenium edition was one of the worst operating systems that Microsoft ever made and was quickly changed to XP. I was on both Beta Teams.

Seriously, you need to upgrade to Windows 7, 8 or 10. You have no support and no AV. Upgrading your hardware and OS will see huge returns in functions and speed.

My only suggestion is to use Windows Media Player in Full Mode. Or use Apple iTunes (free) and pay their annual "I'll get music from where I please" fee, of IIRC $38.

The pads may have been attached with adhesive so you will have to peel them off for replacement with rubber ones.

Is the outlet you are using getting power? Is it a gfi? Check the breakers to see if they have tripped. Some of those home theaters have serious wattage and can trip breakers. if all of that fails, then the system is no good. Sorry.

Get a optical audio converter box and connect the digital audio optical out to the converter box connect the red white RCA connectors to the headset base unit and off you go

Google rooting cell phones. There's a software program you have to download to the phone and then follow the instructions exactly. Beware: this could make your phone inoperable if you don't do it right.

Take it to a professional to get it looked at.It could be a lose wire on the battery but even the smallest mistake and you will destroy it completely

look at the speaker it self . open speaker box if you have to so you make sure. red positive black negative .
