Pan handle won't come off, stripped
Not entirely sure if this will work but try grabbing the handle with pliers and holding the pan firmly with your other hand. I have found that pliers help get things unstuck a lot of the times. Best of luck!

Steaming vegetables how do I...
Couldn't be simpler. Prepare your vegetables as normal ensuring root vegetables are cut into similar sized pieces and in a multilayer steamer the root vegetables will be in the lower section and the leaf vegetables in the upper sections with the fastest cooking at the top.
Depending how you like your veg cooked will depend on the cooking times. My wife boils the potatoes for a while before placing the steamer on top so all finish together - not a particularly scientific approach, just the result of experience...

Can i freeze rice pudding
Freezing Rice Pudding. Place the rice pudding in a freezer-safe container and seal tightly. Using containers that are not freezer safe can cause freezer burn and impact the quality of the rice pudding. Freeze rice pudding for up to three months, though the sooner you eat it, the better it will taste.

Sunbeam heating pad no longer heats. The red
I had same issue w/ red blinking light on my Sunbeam controller SW114, pad CAT93. Was about to toss away but then got it to work perfectly by doing this:1. With unit UNplugged, press & hold the single grey controller button2. While pressing the controller button, plug the unit inUnit will power up in the 'warm' (green light) setting; pressing the controller button will cycle you thru the others modes.
