The bake element has blisters on the element and a sort of white powder has appeared inside the oven. Can I just replace the element? If so, do you know the part number?

if that part number is not right call the maker of the oven, they are very helpful.

Need wiring diagram for part

For anyone installing a replacement oven controller #WB27T10276, there is a GE publication # 31-10515 that should answer your questions. I bought a rebuilt control that did not have this info. with it. Lucky for me, a retail appliance parts store opened a box with a new control in it and copied the instructions for me.

GE Wall Oven Model #

I assume the display for the clock/timer is now blank. If the oven is still working the only thing you are missing is the clock. If you can't do without it you will need a new clock.
Most of the time the clock/timer stops working it affects the operation of the oven, the oven won't work. If this is the case you will need a new timer unless you can do without the clock/timer. If so a repairman should be able to bypass the clock with ease so that the oven will operate without the clock/timer.

The sensor checks good. The only thing left to check the wiring between the control and the sensor. Check this for opens and shorts. If all checks good you will need to replace the EOC electronis oven control / clock. You can get diagrams and illustrations at www.appliancehelponline.com by entering your model #. All parts come with installation instructions.

I need to replace the

Hi, As long as the wires connecting the ignitor are long nough, you can do this while the oven is in the wall. They usually come out far enough. Make sure the oven is unplugged or the breaker is turned off. It is fairly simple to change.
Please let me know if this helps you or if I can assist you further.

How do I start the clean cycle

The "S" in the model number stands for standard clean oven (vs. self clean), so unfortunately, you will have to use a can of Easy Off or similar oven cleaner.
