hi kimberlydsal take the battery out of the phone again . Now phut the battery back in it will say searching for dervice. Ok next you have to let the phone find the service. It is looking for the network. You can do a hard reset in your phone. od yout can get the network to come up. Go in to the phone's settings and tools. gp down to phone go into the my number and it will tell you yout phone number. you need the last four digits for the security code. Next you will to go to security and put in the security code. it will give you an option to restore the phone. pull the battery out. let it sit for about 5 min and put it back in. if your not using a mem card in your phone and you have a lot of data stored it will make your cell phone run slow and can become frozen as in your case. get as micro sd card and move your files to it. it will work alot better.

sometimes this problem may come from the service provider that you are using (network) but if it is not, then you have to take it to samsung service center.

Two possible chances are possible :
The earpiece or the speaker is faulty in you phone . This can be easily checked if you connect a headphone/handsfree and find the phone working alright. If so removve and replace the speaker.
If however there is no result with the headphone then the audio output is faulty. Might need to check if there is a contact issue inthis section or a failure.

Hi,it's very easy to pair.

First get one of the phones blue tooth on, and pair with the other phone .
When pairing,it will ask you for password key, you can use any number of your choice, but it has to be a four digit number.(Any four digit number) eg 1234,1111,0000 etc.
Ones you type in the code you want to use for pairing, it wlll ask you on the other phone you are trying to pair to type in that the same code and your done with pairing you, Ones the other phone recognizing the phone you paired it with you can now send data to each other.

If it does not pair immediately, restart the phone and try again.

I dont have a solution to this problem but I have a similiar problem. I have an Alias version 2 and it gets stuck in USB download Mode, bootblock version u750:CD13.1. All I want to do is retrieve my address book which for some unknown reason is also not backed up online. Any thoughts?

its may be 4 network problem / head set not fitted properly/some blue-tooth issue.if its rapind then may 4 transmitter/ringar problem,if in lowd speeker tte ok,then oter ear speeker is gone.

its a manufacturer probs and if u have ur warrnty active then u can ask 4 replacement or repair it 4 free in ur samsung service center... bettr fight 4a replacement

My boyfriend has a samsung convoy and his phone does this every time it dies, he fixes his taking the battery out, then he puts the battery back in, and BEFORE you turn the phone back on put the charger in and let it charge for a min or two. Then try turning the phone back on.
