Reinstalling PrintShop 20 after 'computer
Hi
There are two things I need to know before I can solve the problem.1. what windows is installed on the computer? Is it windows 2000, windows xp, windows vista, windows 7 or something else?
2. do you know if the windows is 64bit version? If you don't know, do you know how much RAM memory does the computer have? less than 4GB? more than 4GB?
To find out which version it is 32 or 64 hold down the windows key and press r, in the run menu that comes up write msinfo32 and click OK
Now on the system information page that opens, on the right of the window find system type
Tell me what it says there if you don't know if the computer has 64bit or 32bit windows installed.

You should be able to go back to the website and try to re download the program. If you still have issues with installing and accessing it you may want to contact their support team for assistance. It shouldn't have taken that long to download the program, especially at high speed. Another thing I would recommend to do would to go to the website and check the compatibility with the program and your system. It may require some sort of upgrade to a driver or memory. Let me know what happens after you go to the programs website to check for any compatibility issues and such. I will assist you further at that time if need be.

My Printmaster Platinum 2.0 was
Hello there, that is a very strange error. Did Printmaster Platinum used to work just fine on your mac? Nothing changed it just stopped working one day? Have you attempted to just reboot the computer and see if the error goes away?
If so you will need to back up your projects that you created, copy them somewhere safe, then uninstall and reinstall Printmaster Platinum.

Can not remove CreataCard Gold
If you have tried using the "Add/Remove" or the uninstaller from the software itself and cannot uninstall the program. Reinstall the program again and unistall it.
If it is not sucessfull, then
Try using the System Tools "System Restore" utility in XP to restore your Operating System to the point before you install the software.

Yes, Gail, Some programs do not meet standards, as Operating Systems evolved, some programs designed for earlier OS jsut will not work. You need to get an updated version of the program that you like.
By the way, you should be looking forward to Windows 7. It just works, when set up correctly, finding stuff is faster, migration to different computers ususally does not need a techie, and newer hardware can only be run by the newer OS. It is a good thing.
The key is to upgrade while your old machine still works, then you can use a migration wizard that puts everything on the new machine, in the correct place. The file system works differently in Vista and 7, but it is close enough that you can find stuff.

I just received my printmaster
I just installed my PrintMaster Platinum 2011 today on my Mac. Your registration key # is printed directly on the DVD. If there are any zeros in the number and you think they're "O"s, it will say it's an invalid number. I had typed in "O"s and it said that. When I typed zeros it went through to the installation process. Hope this helps!

Look at the set up of the program on the scrabble, it is either you programmed it that way while setting up the game. the game is suppose to be a continuous game with the computer. unless you are running a trial version.

Purchased Printmaster 18 some time
Hello,
create a folder on your desktop, then insert the Print-master into your computer's CD drive and copy all the files on the Printer-mater disc into the folder you created on your desktop. By so doing, the program shouldn't ask you of the disc since its already on the computer.
Or, you can simply download and install the print-master software from the below link. This will certainly solve the problem.
