The problem very well could be that it isn't connected fully (maybe not fully plugged in). or that the USB port on your laptop is dysfunctional. The charger could even be malfunctioned. Try to charge in another USB (as not all are powerful enough to do so). If that doesn't work, you could buy a new usb cord to try that, and then if that doesn't work you may just want to stick to using the wall charger.

try taking out the batt. thenre start the phone then it should let you delete

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

the touch screen of the phone you are using is weak and it is not responding properly again. Phone is ok and working fine,just the touch pad problem.

in other to resolve the problem,you will need to replace the touch screen with a new one.

For touch screen replacement , Contact a technician.

What i would do is format the hard drive and (if it supports it) get an Micro SD card for the phone it helps prolong and maximize the storage space.

you should not try this with out taking it to a mobile tech and have them do that for you...but if you insist you can try searching youtube

1. Install the phone driver onto your pc.

2. Rip music to pc in mp3 format.

3. Transfer to phone via usb cable or bluetooth.

Same thing happened to me. i went to verizon store and they were able to reset it. all my info was lost though.. i believe this is how they reset it. hold down the two buttons on top of touch pad. the ones above the red and green phone buttons. at the same time press and hols power button. this reset phone and i am able to make calls,again all my info is gone but i can use phone again. there sending me a new phone anyway, but it is helpful to know how to reset it.

My phone did this. It was six months old and Verizon replaced it no questions asked. They ship you a new phone and you have ten days to mail the old one back so you have time to take them both to the store and let the tech move the contacts over.
