Try a battery first, you can buy OEM batteries on eBay.

there's a few ways. the first way is to log online to Verizon wireless and under your profile it says "block calls and messages". you can add a number there. or on your phone you can download an app that lets you block numbers or you can click on the number (from your phone) and depending on the phone you can click on the settings and block or auto reject the number

the lock symbol for the Gleam is a keypad lock would not block a text message that would be a network issue.

the mouth piece of your phone is faulty. This needs to be replaced for other people to hear you when on calls.

You can use an hands free (ear phone) to make and receive calls still you replace the mouth piece.

the battery charger temperature is too high maybe because being on the wall conection too long

also possibly get a new charger

you need to have the firmware reflash on the phone to correct this matter..so take it to a mobile service center to have that done...

its a volume setting. Just hit volume up and this will resolve the issue. I had the same problem with my phone.

Turn up the volume. Vibration is the lowest volume.

you can record a sound, text mail it to yourself, then save the sound as a ring tone.

Samsung's have 2 indicators now. One inside the battery compartment and one attached to the side of the battery.

The moisture indicator inside the battery compartment will turn pink if exposed to any moisture (including sweat, steam, etc.).

The moisture indicator attached to the battery will show up with pink/red + signs.

Looks like you will be replacing your phone with a new one. Water and cell phones don't mix. Go back to you phone company and buy a new one, they have the record on your old phone and they can change it there.

Nowadays, most plans associated with smartphones contain unlimited talk & text with either a preset amount of data or unlimited data with the stipulation that if you go over a certain threshold before the end of the current billing cycle, data speeds could be greatly reduced until the start of the next billing cycle.
