I see you are having trouble with the turntable motor on your Frigidaire microwave. The best way to reset your microwave is to disconnect power from it for roughly ten minutes. You can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off. I hope that helps. -Matt

Hello Lori Wilson - Thanks for your post! Generally speaking, the vent is not very strong. Try to place a single paper towel on the underside of the microwave. With the vent on, it should suction the paper towel to the bottom of the microwave. If not, I personally recommend contacting the installer to verify that the vent fan is installed properly and the exhaust outer is correct.
No heat in microwave
Do you have power and lights within the unit? If so, and the only thing that does not work is the heat, more than likely you are looking at replacing the magentron. If you dont have power and like, it could be a control board issue. This is not a typical do it yourself job, please consult a professional or your manufacturer.

Yes! I agree with Chris the turntable motor will need to be replaced, please remember there are lethal voltages present, so remember to unplug and short the high voltage capacitor across the 2 points with a long screwdriver.
Frigidaire microwave not heating over the range
Hello
Try to cook something simple such as microwave popcorn. If the unit does not light up or turn on, check the outlet with another appliance to make sure the outlet is functioning correctly.
Check the fuses or circuit breakers in you house. If the outlet does not work after testing it with another appliance, try to plug the microwave in a different outlet.
Check the hinges and door hooks to make sure the door is closing properly. Look to see whether a small piece of food is clinging to the door, preventing it from closing all the way. Check the release mechanism and the rotating plate to make sure they can move freely as well.
Plug in the microwave and start it a the bag of microwave popcorn inside. If the lights go on but it is not producing heat, listen and try to hear whether the unit sounds the way it usually does. If it does not, there might be problems with the circuit board. This will need to be repaired by a certified Frigidaire professional.
Check the display that shows the time and power. If the display is flickering but it does not alter the operation of the microwave, it is not a problem. If, however, the lights flicker and your food is not heating, there may be a problem in the microwave cabinet.
Listen for buzzing sounds. If there is a buzzing sound and no heat is being produced, you may have to get a new magnetron, power diode, or high-voltage capacitor. These can be purchased from a Frigidaire retailer.
Look at the handle on the door. The most common complaint about all models of the Frigidaire microwave, according to Consumeraffairs.com, was cracked or broken door handles. Frigidaire will replace faulty handles while the oven is under warranty. In many cases, they will replace the handle even after the warranty expires for a "reasonable" amount of time.

Microwave oven door is out of alignment.
Hello. If the door seal is damaged or out of alignment, there is a chance of leakage, which can cause burns, damage to the oven or even a fire hazard. Please do not use this microwave until the problem is fixed or the unit is replaced. That being said, you may have a loose or broken part within the frame or the door which is causing the problem. Microwave ovens can be deadly to work on if you do not have proper training and tools as they still have deadly voltage within them even when they are unplugged.
