Maytag gemni double gas oven burner is on and control knob will not turn to shut it off what can I do?

Call your local fire department quickly before you have a house/apartment fire. They should be able to turn the gas off until you have the stove fixed. God bless your efforts.

My Maytag precision touch control 700 oven will not heat past 100 degrees. how do I fix this? and what would be the part number?

Probably needs a new igniter- if it is a flat igniter: Igniter WB2X9998 If the igniter is round: Igniter 4342528

Maytag advanced cooking system how do I open the top to clean under the burners

It is just held down by spring steel "friction" clips, lift the lip, it takes quite a bit of force the first time you open it.

Maytag gas range, 5 yrs old. After power went out reset clock and lock icon came on panel. Cannot turn on any functions, get "Loc" message in the electronic panel instead. Burners on top work fine.
