I want to use two Graphics card in single motherboard

Not on this motherboard, and not with two different video cards. Your motherboard does have two PCI-E slots at x1 speed, but only one slot at x16 speed. And when you use SLI you should use two identical video cards for best results.

Try to reinstall the stock driver that came along the card in the box, if that still won't help try installing the newest driver, the next newest driver and so on.

MY XFX8500GT CARD WON'T FIT INTO ANY OF THE CPI

That card is a PCI EXPRESS. Not the same as a PCI. Definetely wont work in your ISA either. PCI Express came out a few years ago and is a faster interface than PCI. Hope you can get your money back or exchange it for a PCI. Please remember to rate me if this fixedYa. Thanks.

Graphics card drivers

Yes, right-click on My Computer>Properties>Hardware tab and Device Manager. Find your graphics card in the list. Click on the "+" sign to get your model. RIght click on your model. Click on update driver to make sure you have the latest driver. Also, there is a Troubleshooting tab. If that is OK, then go back to Control Panel. Click on Power Options. Set Sleep and Hibernation to how you want them.

How do I reinstall my graphics card since I installed win 7 pro

Hi I presume that the installation of Win7Pro was an upgrade from a previous OS and that the graphics card was obtained before Win7 was available, as this would explain the lack of drivers for Win7Pro on the disk. If you go here: AMD Catalyst Display Driver you will be taken straight to a page where you can download the drivers for installation. Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya Cheers
