Hi. If the blaster is not responding for your Harmony 900 remote, it could be caused by RF interference. Usually power cycling the blaster fixes this, but since that did not help I would look for sources of interference. This can be anything from an RF baby monitor, microwave oven, wireless Internet router, cordless phone, or any other RF device. If you have any of these things in the room where you use the blaster, try moving them out and testing it again.

Hi. Unfortunately Logitech does not provide repair service for any products, so unless you are good at electronics and soldering this might not be an easy thing to fix. When my old Harmony 550 has button issues, I called Logitech about it and they gave me 50% off to upgrade the remote. This could be a good option for you.

It is possible you simply a new battery in the unit. The rechargeable batteries fitted in your device typically last a few years but this will vary depending on the number of recharge cycles they experience. Eventually, any rechargeable battery will no longer be able to hold a charge and will need to be replaced.

Hi. The battery cover for the Harmony 510 is just like any other remote. There is a small grip area that you push on to slide the battery cover off, (sliding the cover towards the back end of the remote). This remote takes four (4) AAA batteries.

Hi. To get your remote out of safe mode, you need to update the firmware. The remote goes into safe mode when there is a corruption that may hard the it. To update the firmware on your remote, log in to the Harmony software and click "Downloads" at the top of the screen, then click "Firmware."

Hi, it sounds like the battery may be defective. You may want to call Logitech to get a replacement, since the remote will not work without the battery.

Hi. If you do some research, you will find that this is a common issue with the Harmony One remote. I suggest using an elastic band to hold the remote firm onto the charger. That works for me.

Hi. All you need to do to get your DVD/VCR to work on your Harmony remote is add it to your account. To add a device, log in to the software and click "Add Device." You will be asked to enter the DVD's manufacturer and model number, then click next. Once the device is added, connect your remote to the computer and click "Update Remote." Voila :)

You may need a new battery. There is an issue with Harmony One remotes where if you leave it on the charger too much, the plastic casing of the battery can expand and cause issues with the remote not getting power. I had this issue happen to my Harmony One, and I called Logitech and they replaced the remote.
Even if that is not the issue, you can buy a new battery to see if that helps. You can get a battery by calling their sales line which is 1-800-231-7717.

Hi, the setup for the Harmony 300 remote is very easy. All you have to do is this:
1. Visit http://MyHarmony.com 2. Click "Set up my remote." 3. The Silverlight software will then be installed on your computer, and you will be prompted to create an account. 4. Once your account is created, the page will ask you to connect your remote to complete the setup.

If you are able to turn the closed captioning off with the original TV remote, then I suggest doing it that way. If you want that functionality on your Harmony One, you can use the original remote to teach the Harmony the closed captioning command. To learn commands, do the following:
1. Log in to the Harmony software. 2. On the "Devices" tab, click "Learn IR" next to the icon for your TV. 3. At the bottom of the screen where it says "MyNewCommand," enter the name that you want the command to have, and click "Learn." 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to learn the button. 5. Update your remote.

I would definitely give Logitech Customer Support a call - sounds like your remote might be dead. Their number is 1-866-291-1505, option 2.

The first thing I would suggest is replacing the batteries as the indicator is telling you that the battery is depleted. I understand you had Best Buy check the charge on the batteries but I would replace anyways just to eliminate that from being a possible suspect. If this doesnt fix the problem and the old batteries leaked inside of the compartment check for a white powdery substance on the contacts and if you find clean it off with some alcohol on a q-tip

Remove the battery and wait for 30 seconds. Reinstall the battery and test. If the problem happens often, try to re-download the programming. Log into your account and click "Update Remote".

I'm sorry it does'nt (I've Tried) only Xbox 360.Because the PS3 is Bluetooth not Infrared.
