scroll over on psp menu to the usb connection click on it and have psp connected to computer then it should link and install and will work from there if you have already done this go to my comp and look for a letter such as f and clickon it this should be psp memorycard

SLOT1 defective

Is it possible that the cartridge is entirely German? Was it an import? or did you purchase it at a local department store? or even, is it one of those 10 in 1 cartridges.

All 3, your touchscreen is defective and must be replaced. If you can, you can order one at the well known auction site and replace it.

You have a defective slot1 (pins broken for example).
Only solution is the replacement of slot1. You need solder skils for that.

that means it must be finished charging or check out a solution on lights not working

try re-callibrating it again. The callibration may be set wrong or just needs realigning

Is it still under warranty? you can go to Nintendos website, type in the serial number from the back of your DS lite and see if it is covered. The warranty is 1 year. Give it a try. They offer Fed-ex shipping (prepaid).

I advice you to get a DS lite because there's a lot of mind games with it that your husband will enjoy...

*sigh* never trust youtube if you had to do sumthin to the control pad or the touch screen then get someone to open the inside of the ds then you could replace the control pad or touch screen

If the board (PCB) is not damaged you can re-solder the wires back. If the PCB is damaged you should be able to get new ones by looking up the make and model of the device and look for the specific part.
