I find its an issue with the battery itself. My triple AAA batteries charge fine, but my cheap double AA batteries from China do not gain any charge, and the LED just blinks. Not sure why, as they are labelled as NI-MH batteries.

Sounds like a blown fuse. I dont know exactly where its at but samething happens to a ds lite and i've fixed those before.

- you charge should be normally not broken
- you should check the Electrical Terminal in.

Chances are you need to replace your USB and Wall chargers.

you solve this by your self or else you can go to PSP repair shop
(or) you can do it yourself .. with out Having much technical knowledge...... you can do this easily with the help of repair guide ....

Is the charger brand new? If so then you should take it back for an exchange. If it isn't new then I would google that type of charger and see if others have had the same problem, and they may know a solution.

Have you tried a new battery?

They can only take so many recharge cycles before they die like my Ryobi cordless drill stuff

For the PSP to charge via USB, it has to have an active connection with your PC or Laptop. In order for that to happen, the PSP has to be on and saying "USB Connect". You'll have to charge it with the standard PSP charger.

It sounds like the battery is completely dead. The battery is easily replaceable and I would recommend trying that.

the charger port has burned out replace it yourself or get a professional to do it

the blinking means that ur battery charger is
1. burnt out
2.the battery in your psp is wrong
or you have damaged it have you dropped it in the past few weeks

The battery may be dead so chand the battery

the usb for the psp is only for tranfering data not for charging you still have to plug the original power supply charger in when your psp is connected to your pc
