Low gas to burner
turn off gas source, check gas line for possible blockage to that 3rd burner, sometimes when we cook food with liquid , such as sauces or soups , then tend to overflow and get into the burners and the gas lines causing a blocked gas line, where the lower half of gas line is filled with liquid,,,
Changed tanks like I always do went to lite heard
what does that mean? doesn't regulate like before? it is common to trip the check valve with a new tank because the over-fill prevention device float displaced the liquid in the cylinder which causes vaporized propane to hit the check valve too hard. the tank thinks it is leaking and shuits down gas flow so it is difficult or impossible to cook. reset the check valve by turning everything off. disconnect tank at regulator. turn grill valves on high, all of them. count to 100. turn the valves completely off. re attach the cylinder at the regulator. turn tank valve to turn on but very, very slow for the first full 360 degrees so the gas can only seep-through slowly. we do not want the gas to rush out and hit the check valve too hard.

Be sure the thermostat or heat dial is set properly.
If the appliance has a pilot light, be sure it's working.

Hi,

BBQ lights but gas
Turn off the LP Gas Tank Valve. Disconnect (unscrew) the grill hose from the tank. Wait 5 minutes and reattach the hose to the tank. Turn the tank valve on very very slowly, until it's fully open. Then try lighting each burner one at a time. If that solves your problem remember to turn the tank valve on very very slowly if you turn it off after each use or after replacing the tank.
If that didn't solve your problem, you'll need to remove the burners and check for any obstructions and clean the burners while you have them out.
Please let me know if that solved the problem.
My 3 burner built in has been a great, very hot,
It
could be a couple of things. First you could be low on propane or
natural gas depending on what you use. The second thing is that over
time the little holes in the burners clog. You can poke them clean with
a toothpick. Or if they are rusted you will need new ones which you
can find from an appliance
parts dealer or manufacturers website.

Hi,
Either the burners are dirty and the holes for the gas to come out are plugged or the gas pressure regulator is bad.
Check the burners and make sure they are clean and if they are then check the regulator.

All 3 burners wont stay ignited at the same time
It could be, but not necessarily. Did you turn the tank valve on slowly? Try turning the tank off, disconnect, then reconnect and open it very slowly. If that doesn't solve it, report back and we'll assist you further. Your regulator may be adjustable, so you can probably increase the pressure, if needed. If the first solution doesn't work, remove the cap from the top center of the regulator and turn the adjustment screw clockwise in 1/4 turns to increase pressure and see if that allows all 3 burners to stay lit. Other factors may be an issue, so if this doesn't work either, click on my username and scroll down my profile to my tips and tricks for gas grill lighting issues.
