Hello there, first of all, check all your cables and connections, if there is a loose cable it may be the cause of your problem. Other possible causes may be inside the screen itself or the main board. If it is the panel or screen problem or the board problem a well trained technician should deal with it.

First ,what is the current input source? If the source isn't connected to the coaxial antenna (RG59) jack, then most TVs will not have the channel scan option available.

Next, the only L2614XW02 I've found is a version of the Maxent MX-26X3 TV. This TV only has an analog tuner. Very few analog OTA stations are still broadcasting and those that are use low-power transmitters. Thus you have to be close to the signal source to receive the broadcast. For most stations, you'll need an OTA digital to analog tuner converter box. Similarly, if you have cable and use a set-top box, that will not be a signal that the TV will tune in directly. Use the set-top box to search for channels.

I hope this helps.

Cindy Wells
(Note: the tuner can be damaged by a surge that came through the antenna. My household lost a converter box and a TV following a nearby lightning strike. If this is the case, you may need to replace the TV or at least the main board. ShopJimmy lists that part as out-of-stock, https://www.shopjimmy.com/maxent-dpwb11497-ml-b-main-board-for-mx-26x3-l2614xw02/ )

It might be a power supply problem and also problems with the power supply for the TV and have a TV repair person to take a look at what the problem is.
Power Supply Problems
Is the cord fully plugged into the outlet on the wall? A loose connection can cause your TV to turn off unexpectedly, and so can an aging power supply cord. If you notice frayed wires or damage to your TV's power cord, it's time to replace your TV to prevent further issues and problems and potential electrical hazards.

Free IPTV can me found using a smart TV try something like mobdro.com It is unlikely you will find Free IPTV with an EPG (Electroninc program guide_) but you can find channel links. Pluto.TV also has Free Cable-like channels including Movies, News and others and can be downloaded on most smart TV's (Firestick, Roku, Android) through their app sections, this is much like Cable in that it will have a program guide for you.

Most soundbars have channels for USB, Optical, 1.5mm headphone and Bluetooth. 1st, I would make sure you are on correct input. Secondly, on some TV's you have to enable external output as well in settings.

Have you tried plugging the Firestick into HDMI 1? The Firestick has its own volume control on the remote... is that turned up? You can also press the up button (above the OK) in certain apps to increase volume. If that fails I would check sound settings in the firestick and select "passthrough", "bitstream" or "PCM" to see if it allows sound to your TV. Are you using the HDMI dongle with your Firestick? If so, you may want to plug in in without the dongle as sometimes these have issues.

Go to the menu and then to the sound setup > speaker and select the internal speakers. You can also do that from the buttons located on the back of the TV.

If you have the user manual you will probably find there is a default password or a default PIN number programmed into the box at the factory that you can keep using or change as you see fit.
My Freeview box uses 1 2 3 4 as the PIN. Lots of old video recorders were the same.

Maybe Eject can only be performed through the remote controller if there's no Eject button on the TV. A loose, or fallen off, drive belt can cause the dvd player unable to eject. Listen to the drive motor after pressing the eject button. If it runs but no eject, it means the drive belt is loose or fallen off. If no sound at all, the drive motor itself is dead.
