Probably the buttons contacts inside get "rusted" and stays in ON. Remove power plug. Try to open the front cover, remove pcb and clean all the buttons with contact cleaner, pressing them multiple times to get clean inside. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times. That’s sounds like a local technician job to me. Sounds like it could be the protection circuit shut that down to protect itself or a cold solder joint or a loose cable or voltage is not right on the main power supply the switch mode power supply.
