If you find you need the watch serial number to register your purchased watch, it may be located inside the watch battery compartment. NOTE: The instructions for your model watch state the following: WARNING Do not attempt to open the Neo+ Watch. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with incorrect type. •Do not attempt to open, disassemble or service the internal battery. The battery must be replaced by a qualified technician. I've had the same problem today and found the following advice:

Solution:

1) Click on your Start Menu
2) Select Computer
3) Open Local Disk C.
4) Open Program Files
5) Open Bushnell
6) Open Neo Sync
7) Open Native
8) Delete IGolf.lck
9) Close out of everything, restart your PC, and attempt to launch the Sync Application again when your computer has started back up.

If the above fails to solve the problem, you need to install a new USB driver. Contact iGolf at 858-300-5513 858-300-5513 and they will email you the PL2303 Prolific Driver.

I downloaded the driver from
