The upper thread on my Euro-Pro 7535 keeps breaking.
Have you checked your tension for the thread and material? Is the same thread and in the bobbin too?
If you can tell where i t,is getting caught, does this not solve your problem? Is the plastic thread feeder, rough? you can use very fine emery paper to smooth it out. :-)
Makes a thumping noise
Most likely your needle needs replaced. As they get older, or hit a pin, they will dull. You can usually tell by your stitch quality, or the thumping sound you are hearing.
I have a EURO-PRO X
You need to take out the bobbin case and the raceway to free it off, chances are there is a small piece of thread jammed
