Try this. At a command prompt, type 'ping
www.mydomain.com' without the quotes and sub your domain for 'mydomain'. see if it resolves to an IP address or fails to connect.
If it resolves and you get 4 results, the problem is on your end. Place the IP address in your browser's address bar and nothing else. Example: 209.191.93.53 will give you
www.yahoo.com. This bypasses the dns server of your provider and your cache. If the IP address gets your website, then clear your temp int files and cookies. Also check that your firewall will let it pass, windows and antivirus.
If the ping test fails, then the problem is that your service provider has not updated his dns server to pick up your new IP address. This will probably cure itself in 48 hours.
