my scan can output pdf format ...just BMP...how i can change to pdf format ??????

Hello,
on your toner cartridge there is a slot for a chip. Usualy the chip needs to be replaced on eache refil.
In your case you will need a chip for the toner cartridge so that your machine can continue to work.

Srri but this is a fuser failure. The lamp has probably blown so it cannot generate any heat. best buy a new fuser unit. A lot of the machine has to come apart to fit it. You would be better taking it a shop for them to repair it.

Have you tried cleaning the toner wast bottle, or at least the sensor sometimes if there's dust on this sensor a printer gives weird error messages

Do you have the receipt for the machine? You have a 1 year warranty from Xerox on that machine, Here is the copy and paste from the warranty information on the Xerox website.

Xerox warrants that the Phaser 3200MFP product and its Consumables, Routine Maintenance Items, and Options/Upgrades (related items) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods set out below:
Product: a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.

1. Place the document that is going to be scanned face down on the scanner. Press the "Scan" button that can be located on the scanner. Another way to perform a scan is to click on "Start," then go to "All Programs." Move the mouse pointer up to "Accessories." Go down to "Scanner and Camera Wizard."

   Click on "Scanner and Camera Wizard." Click "Next." You will be asked to choose a preference. Choose a preference, then click on "Preview" to preview the document.

   Click on "Next" after previewing. Type a picture name and the destination where you want to save it. Click on "Next." The document will start to scan. Click "Finish" to complete the scan.

   Go to your email account. Click "Compose" to start a new email. Look for "Attach File" and click on the "Browse" button across from it. The "Choose File" window will open up.

   Go to the destination where you saved the scanned document. Choose the name of the scanned document. Click on it to open up the file, then click on "Open."

   Add the necessary information in the subject line and the body of the email. Click on "Send" to complete the process. The document will be sent as an attachment file.
   

Disassemble fuser and inspect thermistor, thermostat and heat lamp. Replace broken part.

Change the toner cartridge , i have many units phaser3200 and this is one of the problem , but only if the toner cartridge is very old and many time refilled , if not , change the Laser unit .

1. Remove a misfed document if the copier displays a message reading "Document Jam." Lift up the document feeder cover and turn the roller to remove an Exit Misfed document. Lower the document feeder back into place and feed the document through again. If the document is jammed on the Input side, open the cover and gently pull the misfed document to the right and out of the feeder.
   
2. Pull out the paper tray and lift the tray to release it from the copier if the copier displays a message reading "Paper Jam O." Remove the jammed document, and open and close the side panel of the copier to clear the error message.
   
3. Unplug the power cord and plug it back in again if the copier displays a message reading "Fuser Error, Open Heat Error, Heating Error and Overheat." If the problem persists, call for a service.
   
4. Remove the toner cartridge and shake it from side to side if the copier displays a message reading "No Developer Cartridge." If this does not do the trick, you may need to replace the cartridge. Pull the release latch to open the side cover, and open the front cover. Twist the cartridge locking-lever upwards and remove the toner cartridge. Insert the new cartridge and lock the lever into place. Shut the front cover and the side cover.
   
5. Power off the unit and power it on again if the copier displays a message reading "LSU Error." A problem has occurred with the Laser Scanning Unit. If the problem persists, call for a service.
