Mac 0SX snow leopard 10.6.6 will not print also my
go to applications, utilities, and open terminal in the window, paste this: open /Library/Printers/Lexmark/Drivers/.Resources/ It will open the folder where the missing component should be. You will find the "4900 Series Color 1.lut" file. Duplicate it and change the name to 4900 Series Color 2.lut close the folder, and shoot a print, it should work.

After cancing colour cartridge, it
Double check the cartridge to make sure there is no packing tape still over the print head, make sure it is not expired if there is a expiration date on the cartridge. Next try a clean print head cycle on the cartridge and you may even clean the print head portion of the cartridge manually using a little alcohol soaked onto a q-tip. Does the printer still print black? If so it is always possible you got a bad cartridge.
I cannot download the Z1480 printer driver to work

Disconnect your printer from computer, Firstly uninistall your printer software already installed, if you got access denied error, restart your computer once, then download the updated driver from the link below

How do I rea;ign the printer
You can try removing the cartridges from the printer, then close the cover. Unplug the printer from the power source. Wait at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in. When the printer's ready, reload the cartridges. The printer may prompt you to load paper to print an alignment page. If not, you can go to the All-in-One software on your computer and print the alignment page. If you need more assistance with it, I suggest you contact Lexmark technical support. Thanks.
How can I get multiple scan multiple pages to one
Scanned to one file is only supported for Document Scan type ( you
should choose shortcut with scan type =Document) and you should make
sure that the box "Create one file per scanned page..." (in the Save to
file Options) is unticked
No red being printed and black comeing out green
Sounds like it might be clogged nozzles. Try putting some rubbing alcohol on a clean cloth and gently wiping the area where the cartridge comes in contact with the printer and wipe all of the parts of the cartridge that come in contact with the printer.
If that doesn't work, you should be able to get a replacement by contacting Lexmark technical support (info on web site) or you can send the defective cartridge into Lexmark's recycler (get bags at
www.lexmark.com/recycle) and include a note with information about the defect and your name, address and e-mail and you should get a replacement.
Language is not in english, I want to reset to dafault english

No communication
With the Lexmark printers communication subsystem you MUST let the driver ask for you to plug in the printer. DO NOT plug the printer into the USB port until told to do so.
To fix a fouled install:
(1) Uninstall the Lexmark drivers in Add Remove Programs
(2) Shutdown the computer
(3) Disconnect the printer from the USB port
(4) Restart the computer
(5) Run the Driver Installation software
(6) Cancel ALL attempts by windows to auto install the printer
(7) When the software asks for the printer connect it and continue
The display reads: the printhead is not supported by the all in one
Please make sure the print head is seating properly as it should.
Another reason could be the contacts of the print head are not connecting properly with the main printer due to dirt. Remove the print head, clean the contacts of the print head and where it seats at the printer. hope this will help
Machine will not print
Yes it is true machine will print because its maybe need some type of repairing or the machine is not a printer of a photocopy
