Check the handset cable and make sure it is not plugged into the headset port. You should also try picking up the handset while on a call, make sure your HF button is not lit, wait a couple of seconds, then hang up the handset. This is interesting. You need to consider things that change during the day. There is a demark point that the phone system connects to. This point may be in a closet etc. What environmental changes are happening near that point> Temperature, humidity, other devices coming on that send out interference etc.

your phone's LCD display is defective and it should be changed. I have a similar problem but till it works that way, I can live with it. There is no outgoing (microphone) volume control, if it is only your set try the handset from different extension. The microphone element may have been damaged (especially if dropped) and have to be replaced. Replacement handsets are not hard to find. If everyone on your system claims that callers cannot hear them, there are some settings on the central switch (KSU) which might help, but only after ruling out a problem on your particular set.

I don't know what "enimes" is, but that's the standard for those phones. I don't think it's changable unless the entire system is changed.

It might be that your pick up key is mislabeled/programmed. Press feature * 0 then the pick up key to identify what the feature is on the button. If it's not pick up, exit out of button inquiry press feature * 3 the button you want to program (pick up) then press feature 75 That will program it as a group pick up key

Programming for the voice mail is done on M7310, M7324, or T7316e sets. Try finding one of these sets around the office to do the administrative programming.

it locked me out and need new password

following a power failure, the only phone that rings is the one in reception. light still flashes but no ringing from any other phones
