How can i stop the door ajar alarm when door closed and off?

Hey friend, thank you for your post!

In order to stop the door ajar alarm from beeping when the door is closed you would need to reset the alarm. If you have done that and it continues to beep it could be an issue within the switch or panel of your Frigidaire freezer. I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnose your appliance. -Matt

Do I need to remove the bottom panel beneath the last basket of my freezer in order to see the drain tube for flushing

Hello Shirley, thank you for you post!

I understand that your Frigidaire freezer is leaking water onto the bottom panel of your freezer. This could be a possible clog within your drain line or an issue with your gasket. I would recommend performing a manual defrost on your freezer and you can do that by disconnecting power from your freezer for at least four to five hours. This will help clear out any clogs within your freezer.

You may also want to test your gasket and you can do that by using a dollar bill. Place the bill between your freezer and the freezer door. If you pull the bill and it provides resistance the gasket is good. If the bill slides out you may need to replace the gasket. It that all checks out to be in proper working order I noticed you wanted to access the drain tube. In order to access the tube you would have to remove the rear panel wall. This is not a simple DIY job and I would recommend reaching out to a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Frigidaire upright commercial freezer started a LOUD buzz and the second light was on at the bottom front..turned off..then back on one hour later,.still loud buzz,..any idea what s wrong ?

The green light should be a normal running light and the other one, either yellow or red(ish) should be a high temp alarm. Check the contents to make sure they are still reasonablly frozen and if not start finding the cause....Is the condensor fan motor running correctly? Is the condensor coil clean and free from dirt/lint/fuzz which serves to restrict the transfer of heat? Is there an excessive accumulation of ice build up indicating possibly a problem with the automatic defrost cycle?

My Frigidaire freezer is not getting cold at all.The compressor runs & the temperature inside the freezer stays the same. What can I do to try & diagnose the problem myself? The freezer is 14 yrs old &

The thermostat could cause this fault or it could have lost its gas . A fridge mechanic could test it for you. Not much a lay person can do with out tools. May best to buy a new one.
