I have a treo 750 and bought the H371 bluetooth but have misplaced instructions on setting it up
Guys, try to put in the number 0 four times, and that should work. I did it on my bluetooth and it worked. Good Luck !!

Battery loses charge very quickly on my KU990 Viewty. Not getting any helpful support from LG (is there such a thing as "unhelpful support?).
I saw on another forum two good tips.
1. Do not use a case with a magnetic clip.
2. Take off the battery cover and put tape over the two small etched squares that you can see one at each end on the inside of the cover.
I did this and up to now my battery has doubled its life. Still two bars after 1.5 days of medium use.

the disc i have been given to download the pc suite installer does not fit into my p.c! do you know if there is somewhere i can get this from so that i can synch my phone to my p.c? at the moment i am using vista.

Take the CD and put it in another computer that can read it and copy the contents to a USB stick, then u can take it and install it into your PC.. thats what i did.... OR you can download it from http://uk.lgmobile.com/web/web.mypage.RetrieveMyPhoneList.laf

i just bought a LG KU990..
while browsing for the features of my new phone..
i suddenly encountered a feature of the phone that needs a security code password..
can someone help me where to find the security code of my phone?
is it in the manual? or in the package box?

everytime i try and connect my lg viewty to my pc to download photos i open the lg suit connect te usb and try to syncronise the pc and phone and it says my "com port" is either not working or i should go in thro an idle screen. Can anyone shed any light on this becuase im confused, all i wanna do is get my photos off the phone.

try clicking the button on top right hand of screen (multitasking button) see if there are any menus open . pc suit wont connect if there are any open menus. so u will need to close any b4 tring to connect.

I have previously had the USB driver working, had to uninstall and on reinstalling it now can not find the drive, CD is in the computer, but still no driver can not be helped, can not find the conection and is seriously giving, me the *****, help please.
please install the pc suite which contains the drivers.

Hi. I was wondering if you know where I can download v10b or higher for my phone?
There is only one version for each brand eg V10b might be virgin and V10a might be 3 there is no higher or lower its just branding and the person who has the 8gb mem card it wont work because the viewty only supports up to a 2gb memory card

it IS NOT the IMEI number. you have to type in the 16 digit unlatching/unlocking code, which is unique to each phone. what you do, is put in a sim, which ur phone is locked to. type in 2945#*990# press 'unlock USIM' then type in the code. you can get the code from either your network, or possibly from LG. you will probably have to pay for it. however sometimes it is free. for instance, if u are on tesco mobile, hav had ur phone 90 days, andd have topped-up £25 in that time, then they will give u the unlock code for free.
