Typically when a palm does this the data port on the bottom of the phone is dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it with some rubbing alcohol. If this does no fix it we offer a service in which we clean the phones internal circuits. This service cost $30. We guarantee all of our work or we do not charge, we offer a 90 warrantee and we offer free return shipping. Please call us if you are interested.
