in order to do that you will have to take the whole face plate the front and back off of the phone then you will be able the replace it just pop the wheel off and then the center button and replace everything and there you go hope this was helpful:)

the bluetooth code is set to default for all phones it cannot be changed so its always 0000 thats 4 zeros hope this information was helpful:)

ok first the micro sd card cannot exceed 4gb or the phone will not recognize it, if that is not the problem then you will have to format the card on your pc go to computer and right click on the card and select format then place back in phone. hope this information was helpful:)
