How to use the front camera?
As far as I know, the front camera is effective only for video calls, i.e. both you and the person you will call must be in an area covered by 3G, and the called person must have a phone with a front camera too. Then, from your phone dialer, you'll find a button for video call. Press it, instead of the normal call button.

Hi,the ringtone is not audible,neither any music
For the cancel (x) problem, try re-calibrating the screen. If this does not work that area of the screen may be faulty. A trick to get around the problem is to program one of the keys to behave like the (x). Go to Start->Settings->Personal->Buttons and assign one of the buttons to the <OK/Close> action. Then every time you press and hold the button it will behave as if you pressed (x)
Touch Screen no longer responds
Did you try to shut down completley the cell phone and remove the battery? it may work.
If this doesn't work, contact your ISP and request a repair, as touchscreen are very delicate and may not function at cetain points.
